On the very same date, SMGR, also via SMCB, proceeded with the dissolution and liquidation of PT Aroma Sejahtera Indonesia (ASI). To facilitate these corporate actions, PT Ciptanugrah Indonesia (CI), PT Aroma Sejahtera Indonesia (ASI), and PT Aroma Cipta Anugrahtama (ACA) each held Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders (EGMS) on May 19 and 20, 2026. These meetings collectively approved the dissolution and liquidation of their respective companies, effective from the date of the meeting decisions.
